For the Clementine Syrup (makes 750ml)

300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar

For the Cocktail (makes 850ml, enough for 10)

400ml good quality vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine cordial (as made above)
A few cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing

Method

Making the Citrus Syrup: Place the listed items in a pan, bring to a gentle boil, mixing to dissolve. Next, take off the heat and leave to cool completely. Pour to a sterilised bottle, seal and store chilled, it will last for up to four weeks.

For the Batch Mix: Combine every liquids in a sizeable container, let it rest for 60 minutes, then filter it preferably using cheesecloth, so it's completely strained.

When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of your cocktail base into your mixing glass filled with ice, and agitate carefully for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Strain into a frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, garnish with a few cranberries adding the final touch using a light spray with the mandarin essence above the glass.
